Dr. Dayo Odukoya
obtained his doctoral degree in Psychometrics from the Department of Guidance and Counseling, University of Ibadan in 1991.
He lectured briefly as Lecturer I in the Department of Psychology, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife the same year before joining the Research Division of the West African Examinations Council [WAEC] in Lagos and subsequently in Accra, Ghana where he served for eleven years. The exposure afforded him the opportunity to serve as Consultant to international organizations like UNICEF, UNESCO, ADEA, IDRC, ERNWACA and USAID/AED, among others.
He is a specialist in the development, standardization, administration, interpretation and evaluation of psychological and educational tests and measurement outcomes. His skill finds relevance in such exercises like staff recruitment [with bias for talent discovery, development and deployment for optimal productivity]; market survey; project and organizational evaluation, attitude measurement, and general behaviour modification.
Dr. Odukoya, currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Psychology, Covenant University, is also the National Coordinator of the Educational Research Network for West and Central Africa [ERNWACA] in Nigeria.

BABALOLA BLESSING IRETIOLUWA (12 th June, 2018)
Babalola Blessing Iretioluwa was born on the 15th of August, 1992. He is married to his heartthrob, Ooreofe Feranmi Babalola.
He currently lectures in the Department of Demography and Social Statistics, Federal
University Oye-Ekiti, Ekiti State. He is the in-coming examination officer of the Department
where he lectures and had held a few leadership positions in the Department.
He once served as the representative of his faculty to the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Federal University, Oye-Ekiti. He is currently on his PhD programme in Demographical and Population Studies, Department of Sociology, University of Ibadan. He obtained his Masters of Arts degree in Demography and Population Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa and obtained his Bachelors degree in Demography and Social Statistics from Covenant University, Otta, Ogun State.
Mr Babalola Blessing Iretioluwa has attended academic conferences both nationally and
internationally. He is a member of academic associations such as Population Association of
America and Educational Research Network of west and Central Africa. He has about six
publications to his credit. He has won a few grants and Awards. He led one of the teams of
Nigerian researchers who won the 2014 Educational Research Network of West and Central
Africa small grants
Mr Babalola is purpose driven, pragmatic and committed to proffering solutions to social and
organizational challenges using his acquired skills. He has leadership, entrepreneurial, qualitative and quantitative analysis skills. He is a committed Christian who believes strongly that God’s grace would always make a positive difference in any life endeavour. He also pastors a District church of the Deeper Life Bible Church.
FALOLA, Hezekiah Olubusayo (Ph.D)
Falola Hezekiah is a lecturer in the department of Business Management, Covenant University,
Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria. He is a seasoned HR Practitioner and an astute researcher with over
five years of teaching experience in the university. Prior to his appointment as a lecturer, he
worked as Human Resources Executive for over six years in the public sector. He is an
Associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM). He was
the head of subcommittee of Covenant university international conference on entrepreneurship
for two years. He is currently exam officer of the department of Business Management. His
areas of research interest among others include: Resourcing Strategies, Compensation
Management, Talent Management, Work-Life Balance and Intrapreneurship. He has published
over fifty articles in both international and learned journals.
